1. Who we are

This policy explains how MedMeal Adavanced Nutrition Solutions ("MedMeal", "we", "us"), D.No 40-1-52C, MG Road, Benz Circle, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 520010, collects and uses your information when you use our website or services. It follows Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. What we collect

• Your contact details: name, mobile number and email address if you give one.
• Patient details you enter: name, age, how the patient is fed, and any notes.
• Medical reports or prescriptions you choose to upload.
• Details you give when you enquire for a hospital or care team, such as organisation name and type.
• Your messages to us.
• Payment status, amount and reference from our payment provider. We do not receive your card, bank or UPI details.
• Basic technical details, such as your browser type, when you visit the Site.

This Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. Why we use it

• To contact you and answer your questions.
• To plan feeds and run consultations.
• To confirm bookings and take payments.
• To deliver feeds and support patients.
• To keep our records and meet legal, tax and accounting rules.
• To keep the Site safe and working.

4. Your consent

We use your details because you give them to us. When you send a form or tick the consent box, you agree that we may contact you and use your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. This will not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

5. Who we share it with

• Our dietitians and team members who need it to help you.
• Our payment provider, to process your payment.
• Service providers who help us run the Site, send messages, store uploaded files and deliver feeds.
• Government or legal authorities, if the law requires it.

We do not sell your information.

6. Medical information

Reports and health details are sensitive. Only upload what you are comfortable sharing, and only what helps our dietitian. We limit access to people who need it to help the patient.

7. Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards, such as secure connections and limits on who can see your information. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting rules. After that we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your uploaded reports at any time.

9. Your rights

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct wrong or incomplete details.
• Ask us to delete your details.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Nominate someone to act for you if you cannot.
• Make a complaint to us about how we handle your information.

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 12. We reply as soon as we can, and within 30 days.

10. Children and patients who cannot decide for themselves

If the patient is under 18, or cannot make decisions for themselves, a parent, guardian or caregiver must give us the details and agree to this policy on their behalf.

11. Other services we use

The Site uses Google Fonts for text styles and OpenStreetMap for the map on the Contact page. It also links to WhatsApp and to our payment provider. These services may collect some information themselves, and their own policies apply.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
