1. Who we are

These terms apply to the MedMeal website (the "Site") and to the services we provide. The Site and services are run by MedMeal Adavanced Nutrition Solutions ("MedMeal", "we", "us"), D.No 40-1-52C, MG Road, Benz Circle, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh 520010.

By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What we offer

• Dietitian-planned tube feeding nutrition for patients fed through an RT (Ryles) tube or a PEG tube, delivered in Vijayawada.
• Video and phone consultations with a MedMeal dietitian.
• Feed supply for hospitals, rehabilitation centres and care teams.

Our service areas, feeds and delivery options can change. Call or message us to check what is available for your address.

3. Nutrition guidance, not medical care

Our dietitians give nutrition guidance. This does not replace your doctor. Always follow your doctor's advice about the patient's treatment and diet. Feed selection is based on the patient's clinical and nutritional needs and is confirmed by a dietitian.

The Site and our services are not for emergencies. If a patient is in danger or has a sudden medical problem, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.

4. Booking a consultation

• You send a booking request through the Site.
• Your request is not confirmed until our team contacts you and agrees a time with you.
• The fee shown when you book applies to that booking. At the time of writing, a video call is ₹799 and a phone call is ₹499. If you choose "Not sure yet", our team will explain the fee before you pay.
• We may change our fees from time to time. A change does not affect a booking that has already been confirmed.

5. Payments

• Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise.
• Online payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your card, bank or UPI details.
• If a payment fails but the money leaves your account, it is usually returned by your bank or the payment provider. If it is not, contact us with the payment reference and we will help.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy. It forms part of these terms.

7. Feed supply

Feed plans, prices and delivery are agreed with our team. Feeds are prepared for the patient they are planned for. Delivery times we give are estimates. Please follow the storage and use instructions our team gives you.

8. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and complete details about the patient, including their condition, allergies and how they are fed.
• Tell us if anything changes.
• Make sure you have the right to share the patient's details and reports with us.
• Use the Site lawfully and do not misuse it.

9. Your information

How we use your details and uploaded reports is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Our content

The MedMeal name, logo, text and images on the Site belong to MedMeal or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

11. Limits on our responsibility

We take care to provide safe, accurate services. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or accidental losses, or for delays caused by things outside our control, such as network problems, weather or payment provider downtime. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Links to other sites

The Site links to other services, such as WhatsApp, maps and our payment provider. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, we take it that you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
